This role provides practical, person-centred support to older people living in the community, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life. About the Role As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will provide individualised support to older people living in their own homes and within the community. Your responsibilities may include: Personal care and daily living assistance Domestic assistance and household tasks Meal preparation Community access and social support Transport to appointments, shopping and activities Medication assistance, where trained and authorised Supporting customers to maintain their independence and wellbeing Following individual care and support plans Building positive and respectful relationships with customers and their families Completing required documentation and progress notes You will work across Gladstone and surrounding areas,



travelling between customers as required. Working Hours We are looking for applicants with flexible and reliable availability to meet the needs of our Aged Care customers. Shifts may include: Weekdays and weekends Public holidays Early mornings, daytime and afternoon shifts Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate broad and ongoing availability, particularly across multiple days of the week. What We Are Looking For We are looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated people who genuinely enjoy supporting older people and are committed to delivering respectful, person-centred care.
