What you'll do Make high-volume outbound calls on our dialer Start real conversations with business owners and find out if they're a fit Book qualified conversations into our setters' calendars Log every call and note in the CRM Hit daily and weekly targets for dials, conversations and bookings Post your end-of-day numbers and take coaching on your calls every week Who you are You love talking to people and hearing 'no' doesn't slow you down You're energetic, competitive and motivated by targets You've got some phone sales, call centre or customer-facing experience (or the drive to learn fast) You take feedback well and want to grow into a setter or closer You're reliable, organised and based in Australia Probably not for you if You need someone else to keep you motivated What you get $60K–$75K OTE Full sales training and weekly call coaching A clear path: Connector, then Setter, then Closer Fully remote A high-energy team that celebrates wins #J-18808-Ljbffr
