Learn and Laugh Children's Centre – Randwick NSW This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday at our purpose-built Randwick centre offering quality care to 55 children a day. You will work with Pre-School children aged 3-5 years and be fully supported in your role with career development opportunities. Key responsibilities Plan and implement a quality program that reflects the EYLF Develop open communication with educators, children and families Use progressive routines throughout the day and implement indoor and outdoor programs to respond to the needs of individual children Create indoor and outdoor learning environments that provide the children with opportunities to explore, experiment, create,



take risks and play Facilitate children's play through weaving the children's emerging interests with professional expertise Communicate positively and openly with children on an ongoing basis Provide physical care, assisting children in daily routines and mealtimes Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development Maintain up-to-date records for each child within the group Respond to the emotional needs of the children About you Diploma in Early Childhood Services (ACECQA approved) or currently studying towards your Diploma First aid / CPR / Asthma and Anaphylaxis training and current certification (or willingness to obtain) #J-18808-Ljbffr
