You will speak directly with pharmacy owners, pharmacists andmanagers, guide them through setup and onboarding, resolve activation barriers, and help them take their firstmeaningful steps on the platform.Full training on the platform, customers and activation process will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesContact registered pharmacies and speak with owners, pharmacists, and managers.Guide customers through account setup, login, and initial platform use.Conduct short online onboarding and training sessions.Explain key platform features, reports, and business benefits clearly.Help customers understand how the platform supports stock management, ordering, profitability, and business performance.Identify integration, data, or technical issues affecting activation and coordinate with the appropriate internal team.Follow up consistently until customers become active users.Maintain accurate customer notes,



statuses, and follow-up activities in the CRM or tracking system.Share customer feedback and recurring issues with management and technical teams.Build positive, professional relationships with pharmacy customers.RequirementsExcellent spoken and written English.Confident and professional telephone manner.Experience in customer success, onboarding, account management, telesales, appointment setting, or outbound customer service.Comfortable speaking with business owners and professional customers.Able to explain software clearly to non-technical users.Persistent and comfortable with regular follow-ups.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Comfortable using CRM systems, video conferencing, and online software.Able to work independently and consistently meet targets.Available full-time during Australian business hours.Reliable internet connection, computer equipment, and a quiet remote-work setting.Highly PreferredExperience supporting Australian customers or businesses.Experience in SaaS, software, or technology.Background in pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or inventory management.Experience conducting product demonstrations or online onboarding.Experience converting registered customers into active, regular users. #J-18808-Ljbffr
