As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Influencer & Partnerships Manager to help elevate our brand presence, build meaningful industry relationships and drive growth. About the Role We're looking for someone who lives and breathes the beauty and aesthetics industry, understands influencer marketing and knows how to turn great partnerships into real results. You’ll take ownership of our influencer relationships, UGC creators, PR gifting and brand collaborations, helping us build a strong and recognisable presence within the Australian skincare industry. This is a hands-on role for someone who is creative, commercially minded, highly organised and confident managing the entire process from initial outreach through to content delivery and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with our founder and creative team, with the prospect to contribute fresh ideas and help shape exciting influencer-led campaigns. What You’ll Be Doing Identify, approach and secure influencers, beauty creators and brand ambassadors who align with IDENEL. Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with influencers, creators and industry contacts. Manage all influencer communications, negotiations, briefs, follow‑ups and deliverables. Source and coordinate UGC creators, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content. Oversee incoming creator content, approvals, usage rights and content organisation. Coordinate PR gifting,



product seeding and influencer collaborations from start to finish. Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, product launches and influencer‑led campaigns. Collaborate with our creative and marketing team to ensure creator content aligns with our brand direction and upcoming campaigns. Manage affiliate partnerships and monitor campaign performance, engagement and sales outcomes. About You Proven industry experience is essential. We're looking for someone who: Has a minimum of 3 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, creator management or brand partnerships. Can demonstrate successful influencer partnerships and campaigns with measurable results. Has a strong understanding of the Australian influencer landscape, including Instagram, TikTok and UGC. Has excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. Has a strong creative eye and understands premium brand positioning. Is proactive, highly organised and confident working independently. Understands how influencer marketing contributes to brand awareness, customer acquisition and sales. Brings initiative, fresh ideas and a genuine passion for the skincare and beauty industry. Why Join IDENEL?
