As a Beauty Advisor, you’ll provide personalised consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance, delivering exceptional service that reflects the elegance and innovation of the Lancôme brand. With a passion for beauty and building client relationships, you’ll help customers feel confident, radiant, and empowered.

About the role:

- Deliver exceptional, personalised beauty consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
- Build strong client relationships through expert advice, follow‑up, and ongoing skincare support
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall counter success
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay up to date with recent launches and brand education
- Provide tailored skincare recommendations based on client concerns and needs
- Ensure the counter is clean, organised, and merchandised to reflect Lancôme’s luxury standards
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
- Support in‑store events, promotions, and brand activations to enhance customer engagement
- Uphold Lancôme’s brand values of elegance, innovation, and empowerment in every interaction
