Trefoil Care Services in Sebastopol (Ballarat) seeks an experienced bookkeeper to own the books across three Victorian businesses. You’ll keep Xero tidy, run fortnightly payroll in Employment Hero, and ensure BAS, payroll tax, portable long service, super and Work Secure obligations are met on time.

Initial 12 weeks (on increased hours) focus on tidying the current year with the external accountant. If you enjoy turning messy files into reliable books, this role is for you.
