ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team based in the QV1 building located in the CBD, WA.
This role will be a 12 month contract working 3 days per week.
Reporting directly to the Payroll Team Lead, this position is responsible forprocessing the payroll in a timely manner and responding to payroll enquiries.
DUTIES
Receiveand check timesheets as provided by line managers
Checking of payroll reports as well as reporting
Assist with end-of-financial year processes in accordance with Single Touch Payroll (STP) requirements
Maintain Sonic MyPay (iChris) system, including employee records and payroll parameters
General administration support to the pay office
Assist with maintenance of personal e-files
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Three to five years' experience in office administration




Two to threeyears' payroll experience
Previous experience using iChris and Kronos will be an advantage
