ABOUT THE ROLE Based in Brisbane and reporting to the National Compliance Manager, you'll help keep Greyhound accredited, compliant and audit-ready.
You'll work closely with Operations and Fleet to pick up issues early and get them fixed.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Keeping our operator and heavy vehicle accreditations current, and coordinating audits Making sure drivers hold current licences, medicals and training before they drive Managing infringements, regulator notices and compliance events through to resolution Keeping compliance, fatigue and telematics system data accurate Preparing contract and business reporting, including for Translink ABOUT YOU You're organised and thorough, and you build solid working relationships with Operations to get things resolved.




You stay calm when deadlines are tight and you take pride in records that stand up to an audit.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING Compliance, audit or accreditation experience in transport or another regulated industry Confidence with compliance systems and strong Excel skills TLIF**** (fatigue risk management) or equivalent, or willingness to complete it Knowledge of the Heavy Vehicle National Law and fatigue requirements, desirable but not essential WHY JOIN GREYHOUND?
