With a strong reputation in the industry and a supportive management team, this business is looking for two experienced Strata Managers to join their growing team.

The Role

- Manage an established portfolio of approximately 50–60 strata buildings
- Build and maintain robust relationships with owners, committees and contractors




- Prepare for and conduct AGM, EGM and committee meetings
- Oversee repairs, maintenance and compliance requirements
- Manage budgets and financial matters relating to your portfolio
- Provide expert advice on strata legislation and by-laws
- Work closely with your dedicated assistants to ensure the smooth running of your portfolio

About You

- Previous experience as a Strata Manager is essential
- Hold a relevant NSW strata management licence
- Strong knowledge of strata legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A positive, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
