Landscape Labourers | Vegetation Management | North & South Adelaide
Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and experienced Landscape Labourers to join our team, working across a range of environmental maintenance and vegetation management projects throughout Adelaide's northern and southern suburbs.
Working alongside an established environmental services contractor, you'll be involved in general landscape maintenance, vegetation management and brushcutting works across a variety of sites.
We're looking for hands-on workers who take pride in their work, have a solid eye for detail and understand the importance of working safely and responsibly within environmentally sensitive areas.
About the Role
Duties will include:
- Brushcutting and vegetation management.
- General landscape and grounds maintenance.
- Weed control and vegetation clearing.
- Operating brushcutters and associated landscaping equipment.
- General labouring and site maintenance.
- Identifying and protecting native vegetation and designated exclusion zones.
- Working around environmentally sensitive areas and native wildlife.
- Following site instructions and environmental management procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in landscaping, vegetation management,
grounds maintenance or similar outdoor work.
- Experience operating brushcutters is highly regarded.
- Good understanding of safe work practices and environmental awareness.
- Ability to identify when vegetation or areas should not be disturbed and seek guidance when unsure.
- Physically fit and comfortable undertaking repetitive, labour-intensive outdoor work.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety.
Essential Requirements
- Current White Card.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
