Will be a Banking & Finance lawyer at Senior Associate level.

The role

This partner's practice focuses on securitisation and structured finance, complimented by wide-ranging experience in corporate finance, property finance and debt capital markets, and he is valued for guiding first-time participants through securitisation transactions.

Act for a broad range of domestic and international market participants, including originators, financiers, arrangers, investors, trustees and other service providers. Private and public sector experience, with niche expertise in financing transactions involving government and the use of sophisticated financing solutions to support the delivery of government programs.
