4 Healthcare Recruitment is partnering with a respected and growing allied health organisation to recruit Psychologists across South West Sydney.

With multiple positions available for 2027, this is an excellent opportunity for psychologists who enjoy working collaboratively and want to develop their clinical skills in a well-established practice.

About the opportunity
You'll join a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and other allied health professionals delivering individualised, evidence-based support.

The organisation provides a combination of therapeutic intervention, psychological assessment and developmental support, with a strong focus on children, adolescents and their families.

Your responsibilities

- Provide psychological assessment and evidence-based intervention for children and adolescents presenting with emotional, behavioural, social and developmental challenges.
- Support clients experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, behavioural concerns and learning difficulties.
- Conduct cognitive, educational, behavioural and developmental assessments within your scope of competence.
- Contribute to autism and other multidisciplinary assessments where appropriately trained.
- Develop individualised treatment plans and provide practical guidance to parents, carers and families.
- Collaborate with speech pathologists, occupational therapists, educators and other professionals to deliver coordinated care.
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation,



assessment reports and treatment recommendations.

About you
We're interested in speaking with psychologists who have:

- General or clinical registration with AHPRA.
- Experience or a strong interest in working with children, adolescents and families.
- Confidence delivering evidence-based psychological interventions.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills.
- A cooperative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams.

Experience with autism assessments, ADHD, cognitive or educational assessments, or NDIS-funded clients will be highly regarded.

Psychologists from private practice, community health, disability and educational settings are encouraged to apply.
