We have multiple openings coming up in the new year for experienced Underground Operators to join our dynamic team. These positions will require self-motivation, drive and multi-skilling.

The ideal candidates will be proactive, forward-thinking, with a strong ability to foster a culture of inspiration, innovation and collaboration across the team.

These roles will offer a 14:7 roster FIFO from Perth

Essential Criteria

1. Must have full working rights in Australia.

2. National Police Clearance

3. 1-year minimum mining experience

4. Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence

5. Adhere to WHS policies and procedures

6. Recognised RPL achievements

7. Must hold underground equipment operation RPL certification

Advantageous Criteria

- Safe Working at Heights

- First Aid Certificate

- Current & Valid Dangerous Goods Security Card

- Confined Space

About You

You must be self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and willingness to work in a small and effective team. Your success depends on your integrity, dedication, teamwork, and strong communication skills.





You will have:

- Knowledge of safe work practices and techniques applied in underground mining.

- Methodical approach to completing tasks, well organised and the ability to work autonomously.

- Capacity to think laterally and work through obstacles with sound communication, both verbal and written.

- Proven experience within a similar role with good knowledge of equipment within an underground environment.

- Experience operating underground equipment including dump trucks and other mining machinery.

- Excellent customer service skills, and ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.

- Respect and understanding of confidentiality.
