- You have customer service experience (dental reception is a bonus, not a must)

What your days look like

- Welcoming patients warmly, in person and by phone

- Managing appointments, bookings and enquiries

- Explaining fees, handling payments and processing health fund claims

- Taking care of the reception area so it always feels clean, calm and inviting

- Coordinating between reception, our supporting team,



the dental nurses and the dentist

- Working alongside one of our amazing receptionists, who will support and train you in your first days if you don't have dental experience

- Turning anxious first-timers into regular clients

The details

- Full time, permanent: 4 days per week

- 8am to 6pm, with a 30 minute lunch break
