Harveys Bar & Bistro is seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our team.

In a casual role offering 35-40 hours per week, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy kitchen and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

What you'll be doing

1. Washing dishes, cutlery and heavy service equipment including large pots and pans

2. Assisting with food preparation, including cleaning, chopping, and portioning ingredients

3. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar role in the hospitality industry

2. Ability to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

4. Positive communication and teamwork skills

5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
