- Skilled at analysing application flows, dependencies and technical impacts across connected systems.
- Hands-on experience integrating mainframe applications with CICS Web Services or REST APIs.
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve mainframe production issues, including abend analysis, debugging and performance diagnosis.
- Demonstrated ability to support the application lifecycle from requirements through development, testing, release and production support.
- Capability to review designs and code, assess production readiness and contribute to technical standards.
- Integrate AI coding assistants into everyday engineering work to accelerate code exploration, solution development and debugging, while reviewing and validating their output.
