Programmed Electrical Technologies (PET) is a leading provider of electrical maintenance, service and project solutions across commercial, industrial, government and essential infrastructure sectors.

As we continue to grow our presence across Recent South Wales, based in Artarmon we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Project Manager - Electrical Service Delivery to join our team.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the delivery of electrical maintenance, minor works and service-based projects across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys balancing client engagement, team leadership and commercial performance.

About the Role

This is a hands-on operational leadership role focused on service delivery rather than large-scale construction projects.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating field-based electrical teams, leading service and maintenance programs, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.

Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen and the ability to drive exceptional service outcomes across multiple contracts and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of electrical maintenance, service and minor works programs across multiple client sites.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate technicians, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, resourcing and operational performance.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting,



cost controls, variations and profitability.
- Ensure contractual obligations and service level agreements are consistently achieved.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting on financial and operational outcomes.
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure all works comply with WHS legislation, industry standards and company procedures.
- Identify opportunities for additional works, account growth and service expansion.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong electrical services background together with proven experience managing operational delivery teams.

You will have:

- Demonstrated experience in Project Management, Service Delivery Management or Electrical Operations.
- Proven experience within electrical contracting, building services, facilities maintenance or service-based environments.
- Strong understanding of electrical maintenance, minor works and service delivery operations.
- Experience managing field-based technicians and subcontractors.
- Sound commercial and financial management capability.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Electrical trade qualification highly regarded.




- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
