Vito’s is a vibrant Italian-American restaurant bringing a taste of New York hospitality to Sydney. With excellent food, an energetic atmosphere, and a strong focus on genuine hospitality, we’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.
We’re after someone who leads from the floor, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to create memorable guest experiences while building a strong, motivated team.
The Role
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and consistent service.
- Inspire, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism.
- Build genuine relationships with guests and create memorable dining experiences.
- Work closely with the General Manager and kitchen leadership to drive operational excellence.
- Manage staffing, service standards, and overall restaurant performance.
About You
- Proven experience in a management role within a high-volume,
premium restaurant.
- A natural leader who is hands-on, approachable, and confident on the floor.
- Passionate about food, wine, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Someone who brings personality, energy, and a genuine love for hospitality.
