About the Opportunity

As part of the Fun Planet management team, you'll help lead the day-to-day operations of our entertainment venue, which includes tenpin bowling, arcade games, attractions, food and beverage, birthday parties, group bookings and corporate events.

Working alongside the wider management team and Directors, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, supporting and developing our staff, and contributing to the continued success of the business.

Depending on your experience and the position, you'll have opportunities to take greater responsibility for venue performance, team development, business growth and operational improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and inspire: Motivate, support and develop team members to create a positive, high-performing workplace.

- Deliver great customer experiences: Make sure every guest enjoys a welcoming, safe and memorable visit.

- Manage daily operations: Help oversee the smooth running of our attractions, bowling, food and beverage, parties and events.

- Support business performance:



Contribute to achieving sales targets, managing labour costs and improving operational efficiency.

- Develop your team: Coach staff, identify emerging leaders and help build a robust team culture.

- Identify opportunities: Bring fresh ideas for promotions, events, customer engagement and business improvements.

- Maintain high standards: Ensure the venue is presented and operated to a consistently high standard.

- Solve problems: Confidently handle day-to-day challenges, customer enquiries and operational decisions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who enjoy leading teams, take pride in their work and genuinely care about delivering great customer experiences.

You'll ideally bring:

- Experience in a management, supervisory or team leadership role within hospitality, entertainment, leisure, retail or another customer-focused business.

- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to motivate people, build relationships and lead by example.

- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to get involved in all areas of the business.

- Confidence making decisions and taking responsibility.

- An understanding of customer service, team performance and operational efficiency.

- A genuine interest in developing your skills and progressing your career.

Experience with budgets,



rostering, labour management, sales targets or multi-department operations will be highly regarded, particularly for more senior positions.

Previous experience in the entertainment industry is not essential. We're equally interested in great people from hospitality, retail and other customer-focused industries.

A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one where required, is advantageous.

Availability to work evenings, weekends and school holiday periods is essential.
