The Opportunity

We’re seeking Expressions of Interest for an exciting 12-month Customer Service Officer Traineeship with the team at Gemini Ballarat.

This is a great chance for someone looking to build their skills, gain hands-on experience and complete a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) while working as part of a supportive team.

As a Customer Service Officer Trainee, you’ll support customers and work providers throughout the vehicle repair process while developing practical skills across customer service and administration.

Role responsibilities

- Welcome customers, answer calls and emails, and keep customers and work providers updated.
- Help coordinate quotes, approvals, bookings and vehicle arrivals.
- Keep job records and repair-management systems accurate and up to date.
- Support the team with production updates, collection arrangements, invoicing and payments.




- Assist with parts and supplier administration, general office duties and workplace safety.
