About the role
We are a small business and have ongoing engagements with Defence and other customers to provide support for the UAS and UGV platforms that we sell to customers. We are looking for a Canberra based UAV operator with a passion for customer service and attention to detail to join our team and undertake the following tasks:
· Conduct all aspects of the Company’s UAS and UGV sustainment and other relevant operations, including training, repairs, logistics support, monthly reporting and contract management
· Identify sales opportunities
· Assist with the provision of training, repairs and support for customers
· Help customers get the best results out of their platforms through education from your deep knowledge of the technology
· Represent Criterion in front of customers
· Provide demonstrations of capabilities for all levels of customers
Skills and experience
Essential
· Australian citizenship and the willingness to get a clearance
· Ability to liaise with customers and exceed their expectations
· Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
· Experience with UAS technologies (operating and/or maintaining)
· An attention to detail and a passion for customer service
Desirable
· A current Baseline clearance or higher
· Experience working with or in Defence
· Experience with UGV technologies
· Current REPL
