Performance & Fitness | Apparel Store Manager | Geelong
As a Store Manager, you’ll lead the launch of this performance-based apparel brand’s NEW store from day one! You will join their team as a hands-on Retail Manager who leads by example in sales and customer experience, while consistently upholding both personal and brand standards in store and across daily and weekly operations. You will lead a close-knit team of approximately six casuals, driving everyone to perform at their absolute best as a team and achieve exceptional results!
You’ll be an energetic and inspirational leader who understands your customers, who are looking to enhance their athletic performance to maximise their results. Coming from a retail management background you will have a proven history of developing and leading a team to consistently achieve sales results, and of pushing through and overcoming challenges when they arise, in an equally engaging and rewarding environment.
What you'll bring...
- Strong personal and community ties to an active, fitness or sporting lifestyle
- Previous Store Management experience in apparel ESSENTIAL
- Strong leadership, communication skills and personal tenacity/drive
- Ability to support and lead a team to meet their sales budgets and KPI's
- Commercial confidence to drive a new brand and destination retailer in the Geelong market
- Confidence managing high volume stock replenishment
- Ability to execute planograms and oversee stocktakes
- A background in fitness and/or sporting/active wear retail environment HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS
