Meals & Memories is seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand to join its small catering and takeaway kitchen in Athol Park. This role offers approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, supporting the smooth preparation and dispatch of catering and takeaway orders.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation for catering and takeaway orders
- Wash dishes and maintain clean, hygienic kitchen areas
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide general assistance across the kitchen as required
- Support the team in maintaining a fast-paced and organised kitchen workplace
What we're looking for
- Reliable and punctual work habits
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred
- Essential knowledge of food handling and kitchen hygiene practices
