As our Leasing Consultant, you’ll keep the leasing process moving, keep people informed and make sure the little details are taken care of. We’ll trust you to use your initiative, bring your resourcefulness to the role and pitch in to help the team succeed.

How you'll succeed

As a valued member of our team, your work responsibilities will focus on ensuring that we provide excellence standards of care and service to customers and colleagues, and will include:

- Customer Communication & Care





- Provide exceptional support and advice to future tenants

- Building strong owner relationships supporting them through the leasing journey

- Teamwork including general office duties such as office opening and closing, key management and general administrative duties

This role is designed to help you grow into a Property Management position, you will start by providing support to our Property Management team, including:

- Leasing: Responsibility for all leasing duties such as Open for Inspections (OFI's), tenant applications, listing reviews, landlord communication and preparing for new tenants

- Key Management: Daily key management for open for inspections, new property key collections and weekly key audits and ensuring all keys are managed and logged correctly ready for supplier and tenant collection

- Onboarding new properties: Assist with the onboarding of new properties by supporting the team to coordinate property listing, any outstanding maintenance activities, ensuring effective communication and key management

- General office support: opening and closing procedure, general housekpeeing and supplies management

- You're a reliable, punctual, mature-minded individual with a passion for real estate and a strong desire to become a Property Manager with career progression.

- You're enthusiastic and self-motivated, always looking to work efficiently and effectively.

- You enjoy working in a team, leading by example, and working together to ensure everyone succeeds in their roles.

- You're a problem solver and solutions focused – you love thinking 'how can we improve' and taking steps to provide Excellence across all areas of your work and the business.

Some essential requirements you must bring to the role

- Current Agent's Representative Certificate is essential

- Current Australian Driver's Licence is essential

- Saturday work is required for this role, Tuesday- Saturday

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn current software

- Passionate about property management and real estate

- A good sense of humour

- Strong written, verbal and telephone communication

- Approachable, courteous, and quality people skills

- Immaculate personal presentation

- Previous real estate administration experience is highly desirable

- Adaptive to change with a growth mindset
