Want the flexibility to teach when and where it works for you?

With Raw Talent, you choose when you work, where you work and which shifts you accept.

Work at early learning centres close to home, see the centre and shift details before you accept, and enjoy outstanding rates with weekly pay.

Whether you want one day a week or a fuller casual schedule, you're in control. You can experience different services, meet new teams and children, and find centres you genuinely enjoy working with.

And when you do find a centre you love, you can favourite it.

Centres can request you back too — giving you the opportunity to build familiar relationships and greater consistency while keeping the flexibility of casual work.

Behind the app, you'll also have a real Raw Talent team there to support you whenever you need us.

Getting started is easy:

1. Download the Raw Talent app.
2. Create your profile and complete your onboarding.
3. Upload your qualification, teacher registration and required compliance documents.
4. Browse available shifts and accept the ones that work for you.

Whether casual teaching suits your lifestyle long-term or you're interested in exploring permanent opportunities in the future, we'll help you find work that suits what you're looking for.

Choose your shifts. Find centres you love. Get requested back. Work your way.
