SKILLS REQUIRED

38 to 40 hours per week Monday To Friday

4 weeks paid leave good wages and superannuation for qualified Head baker.

Head Baker must have knowledge and Understanding of the following jobs and tasks.

Be responsible to run a team of 3 to 4 persons at one time.

cooking of proteins -time and temp monitoring records.

Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking

Cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent

Various baking techniques and methods

Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule

Cleaning and equipment upkeep

- your main role is in the pie, sausage roll & pastie production of the bakery. we are looking for someone hands on and will require a good level of professionalism. you will need to be fit & healthy monday to friday early start at 4.00am finish around midday day depending on the work and prep- monday to friday work week

- open the bakery to start the days production.

- cooking proteins - beef & chicken for pie production.

- block pastry work required- make use pastry sheeter.

- make other pastry for pie making.

- able to operate gas & electric ovens.

- food prepping

- resetting for next day

- clean your work area(s) work spaces with weekly cleaning schedule





- comply with food safety standards and our food monitoring system.

- start the pie making process in the mornings 4.00am start Monday to Friday 5days a week. running pie machine and other associate equipment operate ovens make pastry for pie making and sausage rolls clean down and reset make pastry blocks.

- also you will be required to do some of the following
