Pumicestone Blue and Casablanca are holiday apartment complexes on the Sunshine Coast, welcoming guests throughout the year. We are looking for a reliable Housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort while working as part of a supportive on-site team.

WW Property Group manages boutique holiday letting and apartment complexes across the Sunshine Coast. We look after the day-to-day operation of our properties, from guest bookings and owner communication through to property presentation, maintenance coordination, reporting and administration.

At Pumicestone Blue and Casablanca, our focus is on providing a consistently high standard of service to guests and owners while ensuring the complex is well-presented, efficiently operated and professionally managed.

About the Role

This is a casual, on-site position reporting to the Building Manager and working closely with the wider Operations Team. The role is responsible for servicing guest accommodation, preparing apartments for arriving guests and maintaining presentation standards across the properties.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work and enjoys helping create a positive experience for guests through exceptional housekeeping and presentation standards.

What You'll Do

- Prepare apartments for arriving guests and maintain high presentation standards across the property





- Clean and service guest accommodation, including bed making and replenishing guest amenities

- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of common areas and shared facilities

- Monitor housekeeping supplies and report maintenance, safety or presentation concerns

- Provide friendly and skilled guest service while supporting the wider on-site team

What We're Looking For

Required

- Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, accommodation servicing or a similar role

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high presentation standards

- Reliable, well-organised and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment

- Good communication and customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner

- Ability to safely perform physical work, including bending, lifting, carrying and repetitive cleaning tasks

- Current right to work in Australia and a current National Police Certificate, or willingness to obtain one

Desirable

- Experience in a hotel, resort, serviced apartment or holiday accommodation environment

- Current First Aid Certificate

Hours & Pay

- Casual position.

- Competitive hourly rate, applicable penalty rates and superannuation.
