You will be Corporate & Commercial Lawyer at the 2-5 year level who loves working on important and complex commercial matters.
Your current role
Will see you working with a team of two partners, seven lawyers and graduate/para-legal support. Advise on major projects and programs, covering capability acquisition and sustainment, ICT and complex goods and/or services procurement (at all stages of lifecycle from market release to negotiations and contract signature) and contract management and performance. They also have a strong advisory practice on contract law and commercial matters for a variety of Australian Government clients.
