Godfrey Hirst is looking for a motivated and energetic Commercial Customer Support Officer to join our GH Commercial administrative team based in South Geelong.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and wants to build a long-term career with a market-leading Australian business. Previous flooring industry or specific call centre experience is not required. If you bring the right attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

About the Role

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.

- Supporting our national GH Commercial sales team.

- Liaising with warehouses and internal departments.

- Maintaining customer and order information.

- Monitoring order progress and resolving issues.

- Assisting with reporting and administrative tasks.

- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
