You be a Senior Associate property leasing lawyer.
Your new role
Working directly with one of our partners, you will have ownership of your commercial leasing work. Advise on and draft leases, agreements for lease and related documents for landlords, tenants and developers; act on retail, commercial, shopping centre and development matters; negotiate with counterparties and escalate key issues to the partner and supervise and mentor our junior lawyers.
Run your own files end to end and be the day-to-day contact for clients, including substantial family offices, developers, shopping centre owners, and industry leading business groups, including in the retail, hospitality, childcare and aged care sectors.
