You will be an Estate Planning Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level.
Your recent role
Will see you work with an Accredited Specialist and Trained Collaborative Estates law practitioner. Act for private clients in relation to estate planning, including for individuals and families with relatively simple structures to those with ultra high net wealth. Act for individuals and companies on grants of representation and estate administration.
Deal with the administration of estates involving complex, urgent or unusual circumstances. Also be involved in litigation, with experience in family provision proceedings and probate proceedings dealing with the validity and construction of Wills.
