About Bomberry

Bomberry is an Australian-made frozen snack brand making real fruit coated in seriously good chocolate.

We believe snacking should be fun, exciting and a little unexpected. We're here to bring fresh energy to the frozen aisle, creating products that people genuinely love and challenging what a frozen snack can be. From our chocolate-coated raspberries and blueberries to new flavours in development, we're building a brand that's playful, ambitious and doesn't do things the traditional way.

As a fast-growing, founder-led business, we're now entering an exciting new chapter with the opening of our manufacturing facility in Altona North, Melbourne. We're building our team from the ground up and looking for people who want to be part of something growing, take pride in what they do and help us build a great manufacturing operation.

The opportunity

Join the team making Bomberry products every day. These are hands-on factory roles suited to reliable people who enjoy practical work, working as a team and taking pride in the finished product. Training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

- Inspect, sort and prepare raw material to meet quality requirements.





- Feed operational lines

- Monitor product appearance and finished pieces that do not meet quality standards.

- Assist with packing, sealing, labelling, case packing and pallet preparation.

- Move ingredients, packaging and finished goods safely around the production area.

- Complete production checks and records as trained.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen, PPE, cleaning and workplace safety procedures.

- Help with line changeovers, cleaning and general factory tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for

- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based setting.

- Good attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions and quality standards.

- Comfortable standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks and working in a chilled food production environment.

- Able to safely carry out the physical requirements of the role, with appropriate training and equipment.

- Previous food manufacturing, packing, confectionery or frozen food experience is helpful but not essential.

Working arrangement

Full-time and casual positions available. The factory operates five days per week; specific shift times and rosters will be confirmed during recruitment.
