Your In Home Rehab (YIHR) is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our community team on a contractor basis. Deliver meaningful, personalised care across the Hills District and Western Sydney, including Richmond, with the flexibility of mobile practice and support from a multidisciplinary team.

About the role

You’ll provide physiotherapy in clients’ homes, helping them work towards practical goals that improve mobility, confidence and everyday independence. Your work will include:

· Functional assessments and individualised treatment plans.

· Goal-focused therapy, exercise programs and capacity building.





· Equipment prescription and recommendations to support safe movement at home.

· Collaboration with clients, families and the wider care team.

About you

You enjoy working independently, build rapport easily and bring a compassionate, person-centred approach. You value flexibility and variety, and take pride in helping people make meaningful progress in their own environment.

What you’ll need

· A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.

· At least three years of relevant physiotherapy experience.

· A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for home visits.

· An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.

· Australian working rights and availability to work on a contractor basis.
