On Point Acupuncture & Natural Medicine is a busy, community-focused clinic in Georgetown committed to high-quality patient care and a team culture that actually supports the people in it.
About the Role
This is a casual position, 2 days per week, starting early December, with real potential to grow as the role develops. You’ll be the heartbeat of our front desk, keeping things running smoothly so our practitioners can focus on what they do best.
Day to day you’ll be:
- Welcoming patients and creating a calm, positive first impression
- Managing appointments and bookings via our practice management software
- Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries
- Processing payments and keeping patient contact and booking details accurate and up to date
- Supporting the clinical team with general administration
- Keeping the reception area tidy and well-presented
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a medical or health setting (reception or admin)
- Confident using scheduling or practice management software (experience with Zanda highly regarded)
- Warm, professional manner with genuine care for people
- Organised and reliable with strong attention to detail
- Interest in natural medicine or holistic health is a bonus
