OzShut is looking for two driven people to join our lead generation team—and become our future leaders.
You’ll be starting conversations, creating interest and booking appointments for our sales reps. The role is outbound phone work & face-to-face prospecting.
What you’ll get:
- $75,000 guaranteed annual salary + super.
- Commissions and weekly bonuses on top—10 sales from your appointments earns an extra $500.

The role averages 45.5 paid hours per week, with alternate Saturday work and a day off during the week when you work a Saturday.
