We are looking for Horsham’s best Baristas (two Part Time Roles) to join the fast-paced busy Capital Bistro. The Capital Horsham Bistro is offering the opportunity for your shine at your craft and deliver an outstanding coffee experience.

Day work only, though applicants must be available weekends. The role includes open hatch server creating great customer interaction.

What you’ll be doing

· Produce consistently high-quality espresso and milk-based coffee

· Deliver warm, confident customer service and build regulars

· Keep the bar clean, stocked and service-ready

· Support smooth morning workflow, open/close procedures and team communication

What we’re looking for

· Minimum 2 years barista experience in a busy café workplace

· Strong speed + consistency under pressure

· Friendly, customer-focused approach (must be confident on the counter)

· Reliable, punctual and a team player

· Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn our standards
