Part-time - Based in Melbourne with some travel to Sydney and Brisbane - Ideal for a marketing student

At Tammy Lobato Wigs, we help people experiencing hair loss feel like themselves again. Whether it's alopecia, cancer treatment or another cause, our clients come to us at a vulnerable time, and we meet them with quality wigs, hairpieces and genuine empathy. Our founder, Tammy, has lived with alopecia since childhood and has worn wigs for decades, so she knows exactly what our clients are going through.

We're looking for a creative, warm and organised marketing student to help us tell that story online and reach more people who need us.

What you'll do

- Plan and create content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok: photos, short videos, Reels and Stories
- Shoot product and styling content in the salon, including wig try-ons, before-and-afters (with client consent) and care tips
- Write captions, blog posts and email newsletters in a warm, reassuring voice
- Keep a simple content calendar and post consistently
- Help with Google Business and website updates, and respond to comments and messages
- Track what's working (reach, engagement, enquiries)



and suggest ideas to grow

About you
- Currently studying marketing, communications, digital media or a related field
- Confident with Canva and phone photography and video; CapCut or similar editing
- A natural on social media, with a good eye for what looks polished and authentic
- Compassionate and discreet: you'll be working around people going through a sensitive time
- Organised, reliable and happy to work independently
- A portfolio or your own social accounts to show us (it doesn't need to be professional work)
