- Quality Migration Education & Visa Services is a migration and education consultancy with a head office in Oakleigh, Melbourne, and a branch in Ahmedabad, India. Our Registered Migration Agent, Rushitaben Vitthalbhai Bhadani (MARN 2518800), is also a New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser, and we are members of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).
The role
We're looking for a Registered Migration Agent to join our Oakleigh office full-time. Newly registered agents are welcome. You'll work alongside our experienced agent and build your practice across a wide range of matters.
What you'll do
• Advise clients on partner, skilled, employer-sponsored and graduate visas, and skills assessments
• Prepare and lodge applications and respond to Department of Home Affairs requests
• Prepare client service agreements and keep clear file notes in line with the Code of Conduct
• Meet clients in person in Oakleigh and online
What we're looking for
• Current registration as a Registered Migration Agent (MARN)
• Sound knowledge of the Migration Act and Regulations, and solid attention to detail
• Clear written and spoken English
• Gujarati or Hindi is a plus, but not required
