WelleCo are on the lookout for a visionary Head of Product & Innovation to help shape the future of our global portfolio and enhance our product offering & wellness of our loyal community.

With an accomplished background in wellness, health or beauty, you will build a commercially disciplined, scalable global innovation engine that creates differentiated wellness products, protects quality and accelerates profitable growth.

Reporting to the GM, Brand & marketing, as our Head of Product & Innovation you will enjoy the following responsibilities:

- Own WelleCo's global product innovation strategy and multi-year innovation pipeline
- Create a clear end-to-end NPD process with defined stage-gates, decision rights, timelines, business cases and launch accountability
- Lead global supplier sourcing,



manufacturing partnerships and commercial negotiations across formulations, ingredients, finished goods and packaging
- Drive sustainable packaging innovation while balancing premium brand expression, functionality, regulatory requirements and cost
- Improve product and packaging economics through disciplined cost engineering, supplier negotiation and specification optimisation without compromising quality or consumer experience
- Own product quality, regulatory readiness and technical governance in partnership with relevant internal and external specialists
- Build a product portfolio that supports WelleCo's premium positioning and creates scalable growth across Australia and international markets.

A true collaborative leader, you will enjoy working across will work across Brand, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure every product is differentiated, on-brand, globally scalable and commercially attractive, in addition to building strong external relationships with manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, packaging partners, laboratories and regulatory specialists globally.



The successful candidate will understand that innovation is not simply about launching more products, it is about creating fewer, better innovations with a clear consumer need, strong product truth, attractive economics and a repeatable path to global scale.

Our ideal WelleCo Head of Product & Innovation will possess at least 7-10 years' experience in delivering successful products for a health, wellness or beauty brand. Your deep understanding of the nuances of the global consumer and product offering to fuel the innovation pipeline is essential, whilst driving product enhancements and initiating product redesign projects during this exciting time of growth! With a strong ability to undertake creative problem solving, you will have the confidence to build and maintain a wide internal & external network of relationships, lead & influence negotiation conversations, and have no problem managing the combination of both developing & executing strategic innovation & a product roadmap with excellence (aka, getting your hands dirty!).
