Bring a real coding project you care about and keep developing it with an AI coding assistant. We cover the token costs, and the project and all code remain entirely yours.
What You'll Do
- Share a GitHub repository for a project you own and are actively working on
- Continue building it in your own development workplace using an AI coding assistant in your terminal
- While you code, you'll occasionally be asked to choose the best of the responses the AI gives you
- We keep those preference answers; you keep everything you build
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on software engineering experience in any language or stack
- A substantial project of your own on GitHub — not a tutorial, template,
or to-do app
- Comfort working in the terminal and with Git
- Clear judgment about code quality, correctness, and sound engineering trade-offs
Why Join Us
- Work on a real project that matters to you — not contrived tasks
- Contribute to cutting-edge AI development alongside leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, task-based work
- Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
