JSJ Earthmoving is seeking a Labourer/Concrete Sleeper Retaining Wall Builder to join our team on a full time casual basis. This is a hands-on position based in mostly areas around Redbank, QLD 4301, Springfield and Greenbank, where you will play a vital role in the installation of concrete sleeper retaining walls and related earthmoving projects. As a casual worker, you will have flexibility in your schedule whilst contributing to high-quality construction outcomes for our clients. This role is essential to delivering our project commitments on time and to specification. We also offer opportunities to gain your machine tickets and the necessary training.Key responsibilitiesAssisting in the construction and installation of concrete sleeper retaining wallsPreparing construction sites and ensuring work areas are safe and organisedExcavating and levelling ground as required for wall installationsHandling and positioning concrete sleepers and related materialOperating hand tools and basic machinery under supervisionMaintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the work siteFollowing all health and safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipmentAssisting other tradespeople and team members as requiredWhat we’re looking forPrior experience in labouring, construction,
