The Role

We're looking for a warm, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to look after our online customers. You'll handle enquiries from start to finish, resolve issues with care, and help us keep improving how we support families.

What You'll Do

- Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, social media and phone, promptly, professionally and with a friendly tone.

- Handle product questions, order and delivery queries, returns, warranty claims and complaints.

- Troubleshoot issues with empathy and good judgement, and escalate complex cases to the right internal team.

- Reply to comments and messages on our social media channels, and have the opportunity to help create and schedule posts.

- Spot recurring problems and suggest improvements to our processes, FAQs and customer experience.

You'll Need

- At least 1 year of customer service experience (e-commerce a bonus).





- Excellent written and spoken English, with a warm, calm and professional style.

- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- The ability to prioritise and juggle multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment.

- Full Australian work rights.

Nice to Have

- Experience with eCommerce, marketplaces and helpdesk tools such as Shopify, Amazon, Gorgias or Zendesk.

- Experience managing brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), including replying to comments and DMs and creating or scheduling posts.

- Basic content skills such as taking product photos, short-form video or using Canva.

- An interest in toys, early childhood or retail.
