We are seeking a confident, experienced Rooms Division Manager with a proven background in high-end accommodation to lead operations at Majestic M-Suites Apartments. This is the flagship property for Majestic Hotels and consists of 91 premium apartment style suites located in the heart of beautiful North Adelaide. This role is ideal for a strong, visible leader who thrives in refined environments, sets exceptional standards, and leads by example to deliver seamless, elevated guest experiences.

Majestic M-Suites is complemented by our adjacent Cottage Kitchen Restaurant, supporting guests with their food & beverage needs and enhancing the overall guest experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Hotel Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance, presentation, and service delivery of the Rooms Division. This is a visible, on-site leadership role requiring operational excellence, robust commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for high-end guest experiences.

You will directly lead the Front Office Duty Managers and the Executive Housekeeper and Front Office Duty Managers, as well as working closely with Maintenance, Housekeeping and Front Office team to ensure the property is safe, functional, and impeccably presented at all times.

What You’ll Do

- Lead Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring seamless and high-quality service

- Provide operational oversight of procedures and SOPs,



ensuring standards are clearly understood and consistently followed

- Act as the senior manager on site, making confident decisions and resolving operational and guest issues

- Manage rosters, wage costs, and departmental efficiency

- Maintain exceptional presentation standards across rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

- Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and proactive issue resolution

- Monitor performance, guest feedback, and financial outcomes to continually improve operations

- Coach, develop, and inspire your team, fostering a positive and accountable culture

About You

- An experienced hotel leader with a background in Rooms Division, Operations, or a similar senior role

- Strong operational knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping in a premium accommodation environment

- Skilled in rostering, budget management, and cost control

- Exceptionally guest-focused, with the ability to manage escalations calmly and professionally

- Knowledgeable in WHS, compliance, and hotel operational standards

- Confident, proactive, and highly visible with a hands-on leadership style

- A qualification in Hospitality or Hotel Management is desirable
