The Leederville Precinct is on the hunt for full-time Chef de Partie to join our team. We are a busy operation responsible for servicing The Garden, The Leederville Hotel, and Servo. This role will specifically be for Servo's kitchen. You'll be working with a team dedicated to the industry, providing a fantastic opportunity to learn and work alongside some of Perth’s most respected hospitality professionals.

REMUNERATION

- $79,500 dependant on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and cook high-quality food, in fashionable trends.





- Maintain protected, hygienic food handling practices and cleanliness in line with Food Safety standards.

- Communicate and collaborate with front of house and management.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Prior experience as a Chef de Partie in a commercial kitchen within a busy restaurant.

- Strong focus on food hygiene and safety systems.

- Food Handling Certificate

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Work experience on sections including but not limited to grill, pans, pizza, fryers, and larder, highly regarded.

- Flexible with working hours.

- Passion for producing consistent, quality food.

- A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
