Pumicestone Blue and Casablanca are holiday apartment complexes on the Sunshine Coast, welcoming guests throughout the year. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Groundskeeper who takes pride in maintaining outdoor areas and presenting the property to a high standard.

About the Role

This is a casual, on-site position reporting to the Building Manager. The role is responsible for maintaining the grounds and common outdoor areas of the property, ensuring they remain clean,



secure and well-presented at all times.

What You'll Do

- Maintain lawns, gardens, pathways, driveways and outdoor common areas to a high standard.

- Manage weekly waste collection activities, including bin movements and cleaning of waste areas.

- Mow, trim, weed and undertake general garden maintenance.

- Monitor irrigation systems and carry out minor repairs.

- Maintain pool fencing, outdoor recreation areas and accessways.

- Report maintenance, safety and presentation issues.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in gardening, grounds maintenance or similar outdoor work.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

- Current Driver Licence.
