Human Resources Business Partner | Full-Time Permanent

The Role

Ideal for a commercial HRBP who thrives in a busy, high volume operational setting and takes pride in delivering robust ER/IR solutions across diverse client sites.

As an HR Business Partner, you will take full ownership of designated portfolios across Victoria. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for frontline leaders and operational teams, handling day to day HR, guiding complex ER/IR matters, and managing cases from end to end.

Your Role

- ER/IR & Case Management: Business Patner for all portfolio people matters. Own end to end case management, including formal workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, performance management, and interpreting EAs and Modern Awards.

- Partnering: Work directly with leaders to coach them through conversations, mitigate risk, and support organisational change.

- Generalist Support & Engagement: Drive positive workplace relations,



roll out retention and recognition initiatives, and team up with training specialists to address skill gaps.

- Portfolio Recruitment: Manage corporate talent acquisition and hiring for your designated business units when roles arise.

About You

- Strong, practical background managing ER/IR cases, investigations, and terminations from start to finish.

- Hands on knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Enterprise Agreements (EAs), and Contemporary Awards.

- Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology or similar
