Executive Assistant | Strategic Business Support | National Property Group | Cremorne
$125,000 - $140,000 + super
An exciting prospect is available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a well-established national property organisation, partnering with a senior executive in a commercially focused and fast-paced environment.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. The business is looking for someone who enjoys operating as a strategic support partner, takes an active interest in the wider organisation and is excited by the opportunity to contribute beyond the usual day-to-day executive support responsibilities.
Based in Cremorne, you'll be joining a close-knit local office where relationships are valued and everyone plays an important role. While the local team has a smaller, collaborative feel, you'll have the backing, resources and corporate services of a large national organisation.
The Role
Working closely with a senior executive, you'll take ownership of their priorities while becoming actively involved in the broader operations of the business. You'll be someone who can think ahead, understand commercial priorities, identify opportunities to improve how things are done and confidently take ownership of initiatives.
- Managing a busy executive calendar, meetings and competing priorities, ensuring time is aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Preparing high-quality presentations, reports, meeting papers and executive correspondence.
- Attending leadership meetings,
capturing key discussions and ensuring actions and outcomes are followed through.
- Acting as a key liaison between senior leadership, internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Supporting business planning, reporting and wider strategic initiatives.
- Taking ownership of projects and tasks that extend beyond traditional executive support.
- Anticipating business needs, identifying potential issues and proactively putting solutions in place.
- Working with broader corporate services teams to coordinate resources and support business requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies and enhance the overall effectiveness of the executive function.
About You
You're an experienced Executive Assistant or strategic business support professional who is looking for more than a traditional support position. You enjoy being close to the action, understanding how a business operates and finding ways to contribute beyond your immediate responsibilities.
Experience within property, construction or the broader built environment will be advantageous, although not essential.
The Opportunity
You'll enjoy the benefits of working within a smaller, close-knit office while having access to the resources, infrastructure and corporate services of a much larger business. Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to build a genuine partnership with senior leadership and make a contribution that goes well beyond traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities.
