Are you an experienced Storesperson with a current Forklift Licence and hands-on Gantry Crane experience?

Synergie is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Storesperson / Forklift Operator to join the team located in Minto, NSW.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in steel manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial stores who enjoys a hands-on role and can work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating forklifts to load, unload, and move steel products and materials.

- Operating overhead gantry cranes to safely lift and transport steel.

- Picking, packing, and preparing stock for customer orders and dispatch.

- Receiving incoming goods and checking deliveries against documentation.

- Moving and organising stock within the warehouse and storage areas.

- Assisting with inventory control and general stores duties.

- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.

- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse setting.

- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

Essential Requirements

- A current Forklift Licence (LF).

- Previous experience operating overhead gantry cranes





- Previous stores, warehouse, or steel industry experience.

- Experience handling steel products, beams, plates, or other heavy materials highly regarded.

- Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- A reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
