The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, clients, consultants, and project teams, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of aged care and seniors living projects while helping to mentor and develop the next generation of architects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and delivery of aged care and seniors living projects across all project stages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, operators, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to architects and junior staff
- Manage project programmes, resources,



and consultant coordination
- Oversee design quality, technical delivery, and project outcomes
- Contribute to business development and help grow the studio's aged care sector

What We're Looking For

- Registered Architect with proven experience delivering Aged Care and/or Seniors Living projects
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to develop long-term stakeholder relationships
- Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior architects
- Excellent knowledge of design, documentation, and construction delivery
- Strong understanding of relevant building regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards
- Proficiency in REVIT
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering high-quality design outcomes
